Delivery

There are two options for gift voucher delivery – by email, or post. As you go through our checkout process, you’ll be able to select the denomination of vouchers desired, as well as how you would like these delivered.

Digital vouchers

Email delivery is perfect for last minute purchases. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your vouchers attached as a PDF file. You can then download the vouchers to email over to a friend, or print them off and package them up as you wish.

By post

Vouchers sent via post will be packaged in a plain white outer envelope – to maintain the element of surprise, when the recipient opens the gift and sees the beautifully decorated voucher and sleeve.

We offer two different postal delivery services – Royal Mail First Class, and Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.

Orders posted via Royal Mail First Class will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders posted via Royal Mail next day delivery will arrive the following working day, (orders must be placed pre 2pm).

For orders placed on a Friday, Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery before the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Terms & Conditions

All of our gift vouchers are valid from 12 months from the date of issue.

Our gift voucher features a unique reference number, which must be communicated at the time of the booking and redemption. Photocopies will not be accepted and all bookings must be made in advance.

The vouchers are not renewable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.

Please note that the full value of the voucher must be used at any one booking, and that any remaining value is unable to be transferred or returned in cash.

The gift vouchers are unable to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

The gift vouchers can only be redeemed against food or drink.

Management will not accept responsibility for any lost gift vouchers.

Privacy Policy

Farmacy London values its customers and respects their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. The trust and confidence of our customers and visitors is essential to us – we would never do anything to jeopardise that. We will only collect personal data on this website in order to process a request – a voucher, an account payment or an enquiry. We will never use these details for anything other than to service your request. Once we have a previous relationship with you (including by one of the actions listed above), then we may send you the occasional email to keep you up to date on our products, and see if there is anything we can do to help you.

Cookies

On our website, we keep our use of cookies to a minimum. We do not use any cookies that can be used to track your behaviour accross multiple sites – our cookies are only used to provide the core eCommerce functionality on this website. We may set two cookies on your browser, for the following purposes:

1: a cookie to track your session – this will track the items you have added to your cart, progress through checkout etc – in other worse support our core eCommerce functionality.

Personal Information

In limited circumstances, we may ask you to provide personal data on our website. This data may include:

Telephone Number
Shipping Address

The only time we will ask for this data is if you have asked us to perform one of the following actions:

  • Process a payment you are making to purchase a gift voucher

  • We will only ever ask for information that is relevant to help us action your request and we will only use that data to fulfil your request. If you have provided us an email address, we may send the occasional email to you to keep you up to date with our products and to reach out to see if there is anything we can help you with. You can ask us to stop these mailings at any time by emailing vouchers@farmacylondon.com

Transfer of Data

In order to better fulfil any requests, we may move your data into our Customer Relationship Manager system. This system is only ever accessed by Farmacy London employees and any data we hold on you will never be shared with other people or companies without your consent. We will never sell, rent or otherwise share your data for commercial purposes.

Your Rights

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold about you at any time. Email your request to us at vouchers@farmacylondon.com and we will respond and action your request as appropriate within 30 days.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

From time to time we may review our privacy policy to ensure it is compliant with relevant legislation, or to otherwise improve or clarify points contained within. This policy was last updated on the 15th August, 2018. We recommend that you review our privacy policy from time to time, and before sharing any personal data with us.
